                                             Solar Street Light Installation Checklist:

We are a solar street light factory with 16 years of experience specializing in integrated solar street lights. Hausolar is our brand, ranking third in sales volume in the solar street light industry. Today, we're sharing the installation steps and checklist for integrated solar street lights.

First, check the bill of materials:

1. Integrated solar street light

2. Light pole

3. Reinforced concrete base

4. Flange base plate

5. Installation accessories/wrenches and tools

6. Wiring and electrical components

Solar Street Light Installation Process:

Installation follows industry standards and best practices, including the following steps:

Excavate and prepare the foundation holes for the reinforced concrete base

Fabricate and install the reinforced concrete base with pre-embedded anchors

Assemble and install the base plate onto the concrete base

Erect the street light pole and secure it to the base plate.

Install solar panels onto the light pole for optimal solar illumination.
Connect wiring and electrical components, including batteries and lamps.

Test and commission the solar streetlights to ensure their functionality and performance.

All-in-one solar streetlight specifications:

• Solar panel: 65W (high-quality monocrystalline silicon), built-in 350Wh battery

• LED light: 40W (Philips LED chip)

• Battery: Lithium battery, lithium iron phosphate battery

• Luminous efficacy: 180lm/W

• Operating time: 12 hours per night for 3 consecutive rainy days

• Control modes: Light control/Time control/Microwave sensor control/Time control + Microwave sensor control

• Certifications: CE, RoHS, FCC, IP65, SGS

• Material: High-quality die-cast aluminum

• Grade A lithium iron phosphate battery, lifespan 10-15 years

Galvanized streetlight poles are also available, heights can be customized, typically 5m, 6m, 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m, and 12m.

• The light pole should be 5 meters high (measured from the base); it should be a 4-inch round galvanized pipe at the bottom and a 2-inch round pipe at the top, with 20 mm reinforcing ribs, and finally installed after grouting.

• The light pole should be heavy-duty, suitable for rural areas.

• All pipes should have a wall thickness of 3 mm. • The pole body should be acid-resistant and coated with at least 3 layers of aluminum paint, as should the pole body and all other metal components (including solar panel brackets, protruding mounting brackets for LED lights, and all other metal parts). Solar streetlights are installed in airports, roads, city roads, squares, residential areas, parks, scenic spots, parking lots, etc.
